RKB – Fyzická príprava – január, február, marec

RKB si nedopraje dlhú prestávku. Od stredy 8.januára 18:00 sa všetci stretneme v posilňovni RKB. Rovnaké miesto ako vždy.

Počas nasledujúcich 3 mesiacov budeme pre nízke vonkajšie teploty trénovať vnútri, od pondelka do štvrtka, podľa dostupnosti trénerov. Kontaktujte nás pre viac detailov.

Okrem toho, pozrite si predbežný kalendár na jar 2020. Máme naplánovaných už veľa zápasov a chceme ho ešte doplniť ďalšími. Veľa medzinárodných zápasov, stredoeurópske turnaje, veľa cestovania, zopár rugby tours, veľa drinkov, rôzne sociálne podujatia, miesto na nájdenie nových priateľov, kde sa môžete stať súčasťou našej komunity s high profile ľuďmi, kde je priemerný plat 4000 eur čistého a väčšina našich hráčov si necháva svoje zlaté hodinky v šatni, čiže veľmi bezpečné miesto.

Hľadáme mužov a juniorov U18 a U16 pre zápasy a výmeny aj s Viedňou. Máme aj vysoko kvalifikovaných trénerov a manažérov.

RKB 2020 – Physical preparation – January February March

The RKB will not get a long break. From the Wednesday 8th January, at 18.00, we set an appointment to everyone at our RKB gym. Same location as usual.

During the following next 3 months, facing cold temperatures, we will train inside, from Monday until Thursday, depending of the availability of our trainers. Contact us for more details.

Also, please find our provisional calendar for Spring 2020, already a lot of matches set, and we are closed to fulfill and close it with many matches on the way. A lot of international matches, Central Europe tournaments, traveling a lot, some rugby Tour, a lot of drinks, different social events, a place to make friends and be part of our strong community with high profiles people, where the average salary is 4,000 eur / net ; and most of our players leave their golden watches in the changing room, so very safe place.

We are looking for men players, and juniors U18 and U16 with couple of matches and exchanges with Vienna as well. We have also international coaches and managers, high qualified.
