The Rugby Club Bourbon-Lancy is the club where everything has started for me.
Discovering the rugby lately at age U16 after practicing tennis and windsurfing, I have been involved quickly to every trainings with seniors and learnt to the best way.
Twice a year, going back home to France, even if Slovakia is my second home, I keep training with my former club, to support them and simply to meet my friends.
It’s always a good opportunity to also stay in good shape, refreshing my coaching with the French flair.
Unfortunately in Slovakia, we don’t have the same support as in France from the city regarding the facilities and other investments.
Of course, there is a rugby culture in Western Europe, which we don’t have yet in Slovakia. Possibly TV would help to increase the influence of rugby in Bratislava, and newspaper as well.
Meanwhile, get a chance to have a free sightseeing of that charming village “Bourbon-Lancy”.
