Yesterday we played another match of our Rugby League. Alltogether we had 14 players with 5 from Nitra and 1 from Zilina. Team of Nitra tried new shirts. First ten minutes were played in touch rugby format to warm up. Then we played 5 x 10min in full contact format. Whole game was in high intensity with lot of tackles and runnig which consumes lot of energy. This will help us to keep our player motivated and well prepared for upcoming challenges. In the end, everybody has a very positive opinion about this playing format. After the game, we also organized 3rd half in our place where we shared some drinks and discuss development of our clubs.

Včera sme hrali ďalší zápas našej rugby ligy. Zúčastnilo sa dokopy 14 hráčov, z toho 5 z Nitry a 1 zo Žiliny. Nitriansky tím si vyskúšal svoje nové dresy. Prvých 10 minút sme na rozcvičku hrali touch rugby a potom sme hrali 5 x po 10 minút zápasy s plným kontaktom. Celá hra mala vysokú intenzitu pozostávala z častých skládok a veľa behania. Je veľmi energetický náročná, čo našim hráčom pomôže ostať motivovanými a pripraviť ich na ďalšie výzvy. Na konci akcie mali všetci veľmi pozitívny názor na tento formát hry. Po hre sme zorganizovali aj tretí polčas, kde sme sa občerstvili a diskutovali o ďalšom rozvoji našich klubov.
