  • What is a team building for Bratislava rugby ?

It’s simply a camping time in Bratislava-Trnava area, precisely in Dolne Oresany.

  • How long for this event ?

This event will be on Saturday and Sunday, sleeping in your own tent during the night.

  • What do we do during this rugby team building ?

It’s a good opportunity to focus on the physical preparation:

  1. footing in te Slovak carpathians
  2. sprinting
  3. work out exercises
  4. specific rugby exercises with the ball

Also, included in the price (the budget is 12 ā‚¬ per head, expected), would be:

  1. the friendly barbecue (Halal sausages, vegan meat)
  2. and bio alcohol like: Slovak beer and Whiskey, Vodka, voda.

Of course, it’s not a garden party as the pictures would make you believe šŸ™‚

  • For who ?

All members selected by myself, from U14 to senior (of course alcohol forbidden for the youths). The requirement to be selected is to be attending more than 50% of our trainings in Bratislava. Nothing is free in life, and you have to deserve it motherfuckers !

Ide jednoducho o kemping v DolnĆ½ch OreÅ”anoch, ktorĆ© ležia medzi Bratislavou a Trnavou.

Ako dlho a koľko bude stĆ”Å„ tento event?
Event sa uskutočnĆ­ počas soboty a nedele. SpaÅ„ sa bude cez noc vo vlastnĆ½ch stanoch.
OčakĆ”vanĆ½ rozpočet na osobu bude počas dvoch dnĆ­ 10 ā‚¬ až 15 ā‚¬ maximum
Čo sa bude robiÅ„ počas rugby team buildingu?
Je to skvelĆ” prĆ­ležitosÅ„ sĆŗstrediÅ„ sa na fyzickĆŗ kondĆ­ciu: zĆ”klady, Å”print, pĆ”r fitnes cvičenĆ­. V cene je taktiež zahrnutĆ© priateľskĆ© barbecue (Halal klobĆ”sa, vegĆ”nske mƤso) a bio alkohol ako napr. slovenskĆ© pivo, whisky, vodka a voda.
Samozrejme, nie je to zĆ”hradnĆ” party ako to podľa obrĆ”zkov vyzerĆ”

KaždĆ©ho ĆŗčastnĆ­ka vyberiem ja, od U14 po seniorov (samozrejme, alkohol je pre mladistvĆ½ch zakĆ”zanĆ½). Požiadavka na vybratie je viac ako 50 % ĆŗčasÅ„ na trĆ©ningoch v Bratislave. Nič nie je v živote zadarmo a musĆ­Å” si to zaslĆŗžiÅ„!
