• Potvrdenie o zdravotnej spôsobilosti od lekára
• Sken občianskeho preukazu alebo pasu
• Vyplnený registračný formulár

Tieto dokumenty slúžia klubu, Slovenskej Rugbyovej Únii a organizácii Svetové Rugby na registráciu všetkých členov. Pomáha nám to získať aj rôzne druhy podpory. Keďže rugby je kontaktný šport,  je nutné mať všeobecné vyšetrenie od doktora. Tieto dokumenty nie sú potrebné pre nováčikov.

Needed documents

• Medical certification to provide from your doctor
• Scan of your ID (passport, national ID card, foreign police Slovakia)
• Filled registration form

These documents are for our club, Slovak Rugby Union and World Rugby for registration our players. It helps us to get various types of support. As the rugby is contact sport the medical certification from your doctor is required. These documents are not neccesary for new players.
